7am - 4pm Monday - Friday

We are looking for a Line Leader to join our busy factory based in Wrexham. As a Line Leader, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, overseeing the efficient operation of the production line and ensuring that our team meets production targets and quality standards.

The Line Leader Role -

Supervise and lead a team of machine operators and packers.

Set up and start machinery for production.

Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.

Monitor the production line to detect any malfunctions or inefficiencies.

Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure smooth operation.

Troubleshoot and repair minor mechanical issues.

Ensure products are picked and packed accurately and efficiently, ready for dispatch.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Train new staff members and provide ongoing support and guidance.

The Ideal Line Leader Candidate -

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and will have the following skills:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
