Hours : Monday to Thursday : 08:00 to 16:30pm, Friday 08:00 to 15:30pm

This role as Logistics coordinator / Transport Coordinator / Transport Planner will be to support the Logistics controller in handling all aspects of Global Shipping, stock control, order processing and invoicing. The Logistics coordinator / Transport Coordinator / Transport Planner will be a part of a team orientated business and department where customer satisfaction is key.
The Logistics coordinator / Transport Coordinator / Transport Planner will overall carry out duties such as :
- Ensuring timely dispatch of customer orders.
- Creating invoices for shipments.
- Support in resolving import and export issues.
- producing picking and packing documentation for warehouse department.
- General department administration and support.
This position will have a need for you to hold excellent communication, administration and IT skills. Good working knowledge of an ERP system would be beneficial to this role as well as an excellent understanding of Microsoft based packages.
