Permanent Role, 40 hours per week (rotating days afters and night shifts)

£39k + Shift Allowance with paid overtime after 40 hours.

Travail is delighted to be working with our long-standing clients who are seeking a new Maintenance Electrician.

This candidate will be responsible for the safe electrical maintenance; repair or replacement of plant equipment and systems and will ensure that all plant & equipment is serviced in accordance with the sites planned preventative maintenance schedules.

As part of a small maintenance team, you will be working on a three-tier rotating shift pattern (including night shifts) and will be required to undertake all aspects of electrical repairs.

Duties include:

• Complete planned preventative maintenance schedules

• Carry out periodic plant & equipment inspections according to current legislation

• Compliance with all Health Safety and Environmental Regulations

• Complete service inspections in accordance with the sites PPM schedule

• Carry out installation work around the site.

To be considered for this role candidate must have:

• A Time served qualification in an Electrical Engineering discipline e.g. apprenticeship, City and Guilds Level 3 / BTEC / NVQ Level 3 / or equivalent

• BS7671 - 17th Edition or later

• Abrasive wheels, Working at height, IPAF 3B and 3A
