Our local client, a leading manufacturer to the construction industry, is looking for a Maintenance Engineer who has mechanical exposure on heavy plant / machinery. Working on 3 shift system candidates will receive a shift allowance and weekly production bonus.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate the following;

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer/Fitter, Multi-skilled Engineer.

• Strong Electrical and Mechanical maintenance skills.

• Able to work a three shift system.

Duties of a Maintenance Engineer include;

• Reporting to the Maintenance Manager to ensure implementation of new production equipment.

• Responding to breakdowns and managing repairs.

• Carry out scheduled maintenance as per PPM schedule on all equipment involved in production process.

• Monitor stock levels of parts/ spares, assisting the engineering coordinator.

• Maintenance support encompassing: floor layout, process flow, methods, tooling, and H&S efficiencies
