Position: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Wigston, Leicestershire

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.15pm

Salary: £26000 - £35000 per annum

Benefits: 28 days leave, pension, free parking

Currently they are on the lookout for a highly experienced Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer .

Your role as Electrical Maintenance Engineer would be taking an active and integral role managing machine breakdowns, PPM, service and reactive work to ensure machines run at optimal speeds all day.

Your duties as Maintenance Engineer include:

• Rapid response to breakdowns which includes following electrical diagrams, fault finding, repairing, replacing or ordering of new parts
• Carrying out autonomous and preventative maintenance tasks competently and correctly on injection moulding machines and auto loaders

Key Requirements of a Maintenance Engineer include:

• Proven Mechanical and Electrical experience (sensors)
• Automation industry background - advantageous
• PLC, Hydraulic / Pneumatic and Electrical Knowledge essential
• Experience in maintenance of injection moulding machines & auto loaders - highly advantageous
• Positive and Responsive attitude
