Monday - Friday Days and Afternoon shift with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (4hrs)

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join a very successful business in the Sheffield area whom are experiencing an extremely busy period in their history. As a Maintenance Engineer you will be working within a modern engineering factory setting. Your duties will include:

• Planning Maintenance on the shop floor machinery including CNC machines
• Ensuring all planned preventative maintenance is completed safely and on time
• Diagnosing causes and rectification of breakdowns
• Assisting with project work such as installations & commissioning of new equipment
• Fault Finding on a variety of machinery and carrying out the necessary repairs
• Installation, site improvements and upgrade work throughout the site
• Working as part of a 4 person maintenance team

This role would suit an experienced Maintenance Engineer that is either time served or qualified to HNC or equivalent standard. If you have experience of working with PLC's and some mechanical maintenance knowledge, we would especially like to hear from you but these skills are not essential to succeed in this role.

Their 90,000sq ft purpose built manufacturing facility has recently been extended as a result of their recent development and product innovation. Currently employing 500 people across two sites. The salary for this role is dependent on experience paying between £30,000 and £32,000 neg plus overtime and bonus. The hours of work from Monday to Friday are Mornings 6am until 3pm, days 8am until 5pm and afternoons 2pm until 10pm with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. Overtime opportunities are also available.
