£13.50ph - £16ph DOE / £25,974K - £30,784K plus overtime.

Permanent

Hours are Monday to Thursday 6am - 3pm and early finish Friday

We have an exciting opportunity as a Mechanical Assembly Fitter to join an expanding Engineering business based in Grantham. 

 The company is a well thought of local employer and believes in recruiting local people where possible.

The starting rate is £13.50ph, with a pay review after training. There is no ceiling or timescales on pay reviews, this is all based on the rate you learn and your hard work and commitment.

Your duties as a Mechanical Assembly Fitter are: 

• Assemble components using manual and air tools,

• Mechanical assembly and fitting

• Following engineering diagrams

• PDI own work as you go.

Requirements:

You must have a strong background in mechanical engineering, assembly, mechanics or hydraulics and be proactive in your approach and attitude to work. A mechanical and multi-tasking mind-set is essential to the role.
