Our well-established local family run company are seeking an Office Administrator to work with their small office team. This is a 6-month maternity contract, managing the admin functions for the office, answering telephones and updating CRM systems. Duties include.
• Answering incoming calls
• Logging new call outs on system software
• Processing incoming parts
• Dealing with e-mails and managing all general office admin duties
• Processing quotes and adding information to spread sheets
The role requires an experienced admin candidate who is happy to support the admin function for the office and team of 10 engineers. As a well-established family team, the Office Administrator will be expected to help with general admin and customer support in the office. This role will suit an Admin Assistant, Office Assistant or Data Entry Clerk .
