£22,308-24,000, Bradford, BD5, Working hours 37.5, Monday to Thursday 7.45-4pm, Friday 8-3pm, 30 minute lunch break, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, your birthday as an extra day holiday.

We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator for this leading engineering company based in Bradford. This is an interesting and varied role that will get you meeting customers, suppliers and being the first point of contact for the business.

The main purpose of this role is to provide the group of companies with general office and accounts administration support. You will be given full training on all aspects of the role. Therefore we are looking for someone who has a friendly and professional manner with a keenness to learn.

As Office Administrator you will report directly to the accounts administrator and provide essential administrative support across the group.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers and suppliers
  • Answering incoming calls, redirecting or dealing with queries
  • General reception duties including meeting, greeting and booking in visitors
  • Booking meeting rooms and providing hospitality to visitors
  • Ordering stationery, catering and PPE supplies
  • Assist with accounts administration
  • Inputting purchase ledger invoices
  • Manage fleet bookings, ensuring safety checks and MOTs are up to date

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Good organisational skills
  • A good telephone manner
  • Good customer service skills
  • Good IT skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Packages

This Office Administrator role will suit someone who has good customer service skills and has worked as a Receptionist, Administrator or Accounts Administrator.
