Immediate Start 

Well established client based in Somerset is looking for an Office Coordinator/Office Administrator/Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team.

Working within in the office function but also with the warehouse and production team your key responsibilities will be: 

• Dealing with customer enquiries and orders over the telephone and online

• Preparing quotes, dealing with payments and invoicing queries

• Liaising with Suppliers, ordering of stocks and supplies for both office and warehouse

• Coordination of administrative tasks with other members of team

As the ideal candidate you will have worked in a Customer facing role, have great communication skills.

Experience in dealing with customers issues and working with the production team on quality and lead times to manage customer expectation.

Knowledge of soft furnishings a help but not essential as full training will be given.
