Job Title : Office Facilities Co-ordinator
Salary : £20,000 to £25,000 per annum
Location : Bristol City Centre
Hours : Full Time, Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 17:00pm
To Start : ASAP
Contract : Permanent

The Facilities Coordinator / Facilities Administrator / Office Facilities Coordinator will complete duties such as :
·Support Administration duties within the Business support team.
·Pro actively respond to colleague minor repair and engage with contractors for issue repairs / larger scale repairs.
·Building walk through to ensure health and safety is being adhered too.
·Co-ordinate booking and use of meeting rooms, ensuring the meeting requirements are documented to include AV, Food and beverage needs and any other special requirements.
·Meet and Greet visitors and clients.
·Providing extensive customer services face to face and via telephone.
·Dealing with travel arrangements for key business partners and client's

This Facilities Coordinator / Facilities Administrator / Office Facilities Coordinator will have a need to hold front of house, PA, Business support and facilities experience. Extensive travel bookings experience is beneficial. The position as Facilities Coordinator / Facilities Administrator / Office Facilities Coordinator holds a IT proficient individual who is looking to take control of a role and become a vital part of the team.
