Hours: Mon - Thurs 8am until 4:30pm, Fri 8am until 2:30pm

Travail Employment Group are pleased to be working with our new client in their search for an Office Manager with previous bookkeeping experience to join their busy and friendly team. Our client is a small, but ambitious company specialising in distributing and repairing equipment and they are looking for a motivated individual who is prepared to take on responsibility within a supportive team.
The ideal candidate will be well organised, structured and will be willing to help out within different areas of the business, particularly focusing on the ERP and CRM systems. You will need to have an excellent telephone manner, with good communication skills to ensure the high level of customer service provided is maintained.
The Role:
- Monitoring incoming correspondence, dealing with general enquiries and assisting the sales team
- Liaising with the service workshop team leader and organise workshop repair jobs
- Communicate within the internal teams and with Head Office overseas for all service jobs
- Sending purchase orders to suppliers, organising stock, receiving of goods in our ERP system
- Sales/Purchase Ledger maintenance, posting invoices, credit notes and allocations, supporting our external accountants
- Reconciling supplier statements, requesting missing invoices
- Sending out copy invoices and statements to customers
- Assist in the production of monthly accounts and reports including aged creditors, balance sheet, P&L
The Person
- Previous experience of working in an administrative position within sales or customer service
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Knowledge of using Microsoft Dynamics ERP and Microsoft Office 365 (Word/Excel)
- Previous experience of using Salesforce CRM
