Our Grantham based client is looking for Payroll & HR Administrator to work closely with their Management Accountant.
Main Duties:
• Administer monthly payroll for over 100 staff.
• Produce accurate and balanced payroll reports from clock cards and timesheets
• Process all payroll amendments including tax code changes, personal data, statutory and company payments and deductions, including processing staff expenses and pension submissions.
• Assisting with general accounts duties.
• Hr support with onboarding and contract paperwork included.
The ideal Payroll & HR Administrator will have a strong attention to detail and have used SAGE software in the past. They must have working in a busy payroll or HR role and have intermediate Excel skills with the ability to create formulas and reports.
