£17.00 per hour, Yate BS37, 28 days holiday, pension, parking, bonus, Monday to Friday 42.5 hour week, temporary role but opportunity for longer term

Opportunity to join an established company in the Yate area South Gloucestershire area as a pipe welder, welder or tig welder working on the companies' products in a workshop environment with overtime opportunities at 1.25. This role reports to the mechanical supervisor.

The pipe welder, welder or tig welder involves

• The welding of pipe work for commercial and industrial environments
• Tig welding skills
• Welding carbon steel pipework
• General use of tools & equipment associated with pipework and able to read engineering drawings
• Working in a small team on customer sites
• Transport provided and travel time paid to customer sites

Skills required for the pipe welder, welder or tig welder

• Pipe welding skills with tig but Stick welding would also be of interest
• Any welding qualifications or previous coded welding are of interest but not essential
• knowledge of general tools & equipment associated with pipework and
• Able to read drawings
