Monday - Friday 6.00am - 3.00pm | 9.00am - 5.00pm [Some weekend work required]

Waste Plant Operator Corby NN17 5DP £26,500 per annum Immediate start, Free Parking,

Due to the continued success of our client who are a market leading company in their field, based in Corby Northamptonshire, have an exciting opportunity for a Waste Plant Operator where you will be working with an experienced team

Duties:

• Operate the site in line with legislation, planning permissions, permits, H&S and plant manuals and documents.
• Maintain site cleanliness in compliance with company standards
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Maintain the site's performance against production targets.
• Undertake basic maintenance of plant assets, fault identification and reporting any abnormalities.
• Accept and facilitate tanker deliveries of waste streams.
• Operating waste processing plant
• Adhere to Health and Safety Procedures all times
• Ensuring the efficient processing of waste materials received
• Work to specified guidelines.

The requirements:

• The aptitude to learn process plant engineering.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Possess Basic maintenance/mechanical skills.
• Previous experience of operating either agricultural or plant machinery.
• The ability to follow instructions with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Hold or have experience driving a forklift
• Digitally Proficient: Essential to operate spreadsheets, manage emails,
