Production Operative

Production Operative. Frome £12.25 - £13.25 p/h. Rotating 3 shift pattern. 28 days paid annual leave. On site parking. Staff room. Pension scheme.

A company generally recognised as a leader in the food production industry is adding to their food production team due to an increase in customer orders. You will be joining a dedicated team working across a 3-shift pattern and undertaking the following tasks.

• Monitoring the food production line ensuring all product is distributed accordingly.

• Periodic quality checking of weights and measures.

• Liaising with the production supervisor to alert of any machine faults or errors.

• Working to specific production schedules.

This role would be suitable for anyone who has worked in catering or food production. Equally if you have worked in a picking and packing or assembly role your skill set would be a benefit in this environment. Attention to detail is important as you will be quality checking on a regular basis.

The company has already experienced significant growth and have investment plans with a focus on future development.
