The Role
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Production Operator to join our client's team within a fast-paced, sterile manufacturing environment. You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of production lines and maintaining the highest quality standards.
Your duties will include:
Operating production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Monitoring product flow to ensure processes run smoothly and meet schedule requirements.
Following strict clean room and hygiene procedures at all times.
Labelling, packing, and handling products in line with production specifications.
Completing accurate production records and documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Conducting basic visual inspections and reporting any quality or process issues to supervisors.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking someone with:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
Experience within pharmaceutical, medical, or other regulated industries (desirable).
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
Willingness to work rotating shifts in a clean room environment.
