The purpose of the Support Engineer is to Strengthen the Engineering function of our client, providing technical support, guidance, and documentation to the following departments: Sales, Installations, reactive, manufacturing and quality.

• CAD skills for bespoke customer solutions and product development.

• Organise and maintain documentation and technical files.

• Assist the factory with machine builds and support engineers with one off projects.

• Expand on training material and SOP to upskill the engineering team.

The successful applicant will have CAD skills with excellent IT exposure. A strong attention to detail with previous project management skills are required. Familiarity with Hydraulics would be helpful but is not essential for this role. This role would suit a Design Engineer, Technical Support or CAD operator.

To be considered for the role of Support Engineer you must have Project Management and CAD experience. Have a good understanding of Controls and Electrical systems. Be an excellent communicator both written and Verbal.
