Property Manager - Cheltenham

£30,000 + Bonus | Full-Time | Permanent

Our client, a forward-thinking lettings and estate agency with a stellar reputation, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee a growing residential portfolio in Cheltenham.

This role is all about organisation, compliance, and customer care. You'll be the key contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors - making sure properties are well managed and everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing property maintenance and compliance checks.

• Carrying out inspections, check-outs, and deposit returns.

• Overseeing arrears management and keeping landlords updated.

• Coordinating contractors, invoices, and record-keeping.

• Building positive, professional relationships with clients and tenants.

What We're Looking For

• Proven property management experience (3+ years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.

• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail.

• Excellent communicator who can manage relationships with confidence.

• Comfortable using property management software/CRMs.

• Full UK driving licence (essential).
