Property Valuer

We are assisting an expanding friendly independent Estate Agency to find an experienced Property Valuer/ Lister to join their busy head office based in Northamptonshire.

About this Property Valuer Role
Covering mainly the local Northamptonshire/ Midlands area your role will be to:

*respond to new leads from the company website and portals
*book listings with property owners/ developers
*Generating property valuation/appraisal opportunities
* Agreeing contract terms and selling fee's
*Building strong relationships and providing marketing and property advice to prospective sellers
*Working alongside the Sales, Admin and Marketing team to launch properties to the market
*Carrying out regular vendor contact including property performance reports, interest levels, feedback, market conditions
*Negotiating property offers and terms

About you
This fast paced and target driven role requires a motivated, self-starter with a minimum of 12 months of valuing experience. This important role requires a candidate who can instantly hit the ground running and establish themselves as a key player within our team.

You will have at least 12 months property valuation/listing experience
You will have excellent sales and negotiation skills
A track record of working within a target driven environment
High levels of customer service
A good understanding of the Northamptonshire property market
Well presented, ambitious and a self-motivated "go getter"
Able to provide a professional and friendly approach to Estate Agency
A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential.

The role will require you to work every other Saturday (9am-4pm), with a lieu day off in the week (9am-6pm). Salary: Basic Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 OTE: £40,000 - £45,000 (OTE is based on a minimum target of 6 instructions a month and 2 sales without any referral fees for conveyancing, mortgage and surveying fees). After 6 month probation period, there will also be the opportunity to earn a yearly performance related bonus on top of OTE. Generous Commission, 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays with 1 day(s) increase every year up to 25 days + birthday off every year after 2 years service.
