We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious company in the Market Harborough area who is seeking a Receptionist to cover a temporary period.
The main purpose of the role is to provide front office and administrative support to both customers and colleagues ensuring that tasks are completed on time issues are resolved.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
- Dealing effectively with incoming phone calls
- Meeting and greeting of visitors
- Liaising with customers, colleagues and suppliers
- Data entry onto the bespoke system and distribution of documents/parcels
The ideal candidate will have the excellent communication skills, with good IT knowledge and the ability to multi-task.
It would be an advantage, although not essential if you have previously worked within an office based or reception environment.
