Recruitment Consultant - Wellingborough
Salary dependent upon experience
Competitive basic salary plus Uncapped commission with no threshold 33 days holiday increasing with service 08.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday.
　
Our busy Wellingborough branch which has been established for over 30 years now and has a strong enviable brand within the market place. The Branch are very busy and looking to expand their team and have a role for a Recruitment Consultant or would consider a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Resourcer to maintain and develop new accounts.

This is not your typical recruitment desk. The clients we work with are valued small to medium sized businesses who recruit in lower volumes and for varied skill sets. We source only exceptional and quality candidates. We meet our candidates for a face to face interview and build an excellent relationship with them to fully understand their needs. Our reviews on facebook and google speak for themselves!

We do not manage large volume account and therefore there is no need for this person to work within an on-site capacity or be on call 24 hours per day. You will also have the flexibility to support your clients with both temporary and permanent recruitment needs.

You will be joining a busy fun loving friendly team who currently services a large number of local clients. Working with the team you will build on pre-existing relationships and account manage their needs, as well as identify new client opportunities to further grow your desk.

Supported by a very experienced caring hands on Branch manager we will provide you with all of the tools and training required for you to be a successful Recruitment Consultant. covering the full 360 recruitment process. The role is varied and challenging but extremely rewarding .

Duties will include:　
Making appointments to meet new/current clients
Interviewing candidates and matching their skills and aspirations to your clients
Working as part of a team
Account management of existing client's
Working from a large bespoke CRM system
Conducting sales calls to existing and new business
Cold calling prospective new businesses
