Our Mansfield branch has been established for over 10 years and has a strong brand within the market place. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team.

We provide permanent and temporary recruitment services spanning a number of divisions and can be flexible as to which sector our new employee recruits within.

Supported by an established team, we will provide you with all of the tools and training required for you to be a successful Consultant.

Our consultants cover the full 360 recruitment role and have a varied and challenging work load.

Duties will include:　

• Conducting telesales calls

• Cold calling (door to door)

• Making appointments to meet new/current clients

• Interviewing candidates and matching their skills and aspirations to your clients

• Working as part of a team

• Account management of existing client's

• Working from a large bespoke CRM system
