Recruitment Consultant - Warm Desk, Loughborough

Salary dependent upon experience
Uncapped commission with no threshold　

Our Loughborough branch has been established for over 20 years and has a strong brand within the market place. We are currently looking for Recruitment Consultants to take ownership of our Industrial/Skilled Division and our Commercial/Executive Division to maintain existing accounts as well as develop new ones.

This is not your typical Industrial and Skilled desk. The clients we work with are small to medium sized businesses who recruit in smaller volumes and look for quality. We do not manage large volume accounts and therefore there is no need for this person to work within an on-site capacity or be on call 24 hours per day. You will also have the flexibility to support your clients with both temporary and permanent recruitment needs.

You will be responsible for taking on a warm division which currently services a number of local clients. You will take ownership of these pre-existing relationships and account manage their needs, as well as identify new client opportunities to further grow your division.

Supported by an established team, we will provide you with all the tools and training required for you to be a successful Consultant.

Our consultants cover the full 360 recruitment role supported by the office Administrator who will undertake all administration duties on your behalf all you need to do is build your desk

Duties will include:　

• Conducting telesales calls
• Cold calling (door to door)
• Making appointments to meet new/current clients
• Interviewing candidates and matching their skills and aspirations to your clients
• Working as part of a team
• Account management of existing client's
• Working from a large bespoke CRM system
