Great opportunity to start quickly if required, in a Company renown for looking after their staff. Great salary, commission, benefits package to include 33 days holiday in year one and rising by an additonal day a year to 38 days p.a.
You will be a "people person", able to control teams of workers with concise communication skills, a nurturing and patient nature, and the desire to be a success through attention to detail and good time-management. You will need to generate sales, so a persuasive nature coupled with good humour and an inventive approach will be tangible inherent abilities in you.
The role will encompass identifying local businesses who need a recruitment service, opening discussions with them using marketing and direct sales methods, securing their commitment to use your services (including price negotiation), and then fulfilling their staffing needs by marketing vacancies, shortlisting applicants and then selecting the most appropriate to fulfil the vacancies. You will then manage the supply the selected person(s) as temporary workers or arrange interviews for permanent positions.
Priority interviews will be given to those with previous Recruitment Industry experience, however we very much welcome all applicants who have the required skills, experience and abilities to receive full and ongoing training and support. Your starting salary will reflect your stage of development as assessed with you at interview.
