Regional Travel Advisor
£25,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on skills and abilities) + commission + bonus
Permanent role
Remote working with occasional travel to Cheshire, Cumbria, Lancashire, Liverpool and Isle of Man
Additional benefits:

  • OTE - Commission up to £8,000 per annum and bonus up to £6,000 per annum
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays plus 4 weeks off in August

About the Role
Are you passionate about travel and education? Do you thrive on building meaningful relationships and helping schools create unforgettable learning experiences?
We're looking for an enthusiastic Regional Travel Advisor to join a growing educational travel team. You'll manage and expand relationships with schools across your region - helping teachers plan inspiring and hassle-free trips that bring the curriculum to life.
This is a remote, field-based position ideal for someone with strong sales skills, exceptional communication, and a genuine enthusiasm for educational travel.

Regional Travel Advisor responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and build long-term partnerships with schools in your region.
  • Deliver consultative sales that focus on understanding each school's educational goals and travel needs.
  • Manage existing accounts with care, ensuring repeat business and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Represent the company regionally through school visits, presentations, and education events.
  • Collaborate internally with product, operations, and customer care teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Support teachers and party leaders in planning and preparing for successful trips.
  • Report on progress and sales performance, achieving and exceeding agreed targets.


Regional Travel Advisor requirements:

  • Experienced in sales or business development, ideally within the travel or education sector.
  • A confident communicator with a natural ability to connect, build rapport, and gain trust.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, able to manage your own pipeline and priorities.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently while staying connected to a wider team.
  • Passionate about educational travel and making a positive impact on young people's learning.
  • Flexible to travel regionally (and occasionally nationally) with a full UK driving licence.
