Our Newark based award winning Tech company is seeking a Technical Support Advisor with Romanian language skills to join their team.

Duties include:

• Providing 1st line technical support in both Romanian and English

• Logging all incidents and diagnosing technical faults

• Escalating technical queries to 2nd line support

• Monitor group mailboxes, ensuring all inbound queries received a response.

To be considered for the role candidates should have Fluent Romanian and English language skills, problem solving duties and keen attention to detail. A clear telephone manner and good verbal and written communication skills are essential. Previous Technical Help Desk / Service Desk experience.

Hours between 06:00-22:00 - 8,5 h shift with 30 min unpaid lunch

5 out of 7 days a week (typically one day of the weekend - Sat or Sunday - in 3 weeks)

Salary increases with additional supported languages - 2 supported languages £25,300, 3 supported languages £25.8k

£1k increase after 6-month probation/training period.
