Are you looking for an opportunity to learn and develop a skill within a company that will offer you on site training? Have you worked within a manufacturing environment for a minimum of 6 months?

Due to a full order book and plans to expand, this long established company is looking to add to the team.

• Cutting industrial rubber to specific customer patterns
• Using the welding machine to fuse lengths of rubber together to create the desired shape and size
• Repackaging the finished product ready for distribution.

Ideally you will have had some exposure to working with drawings, however a willingness to listen and learn is equally important in this role. The product is heavy and therefore you will be expected to lift up to 30kg with another team member on a regular basis.
