Our well-established client with an office in Ollerton is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Duties include:
• Build customer packs for clients, store in the online filing system.
• Manage day to day emails and telephone calls.
• Match batch and code invoices for Head Office Accounts
• Support the Sales Manager with admin functions for the office.
• Create proposals and quotes for new customers.
The ideal Sales Administrator must have worked in a sales admin role and be a confident communicator via email, telephone and face to face when needed. They must be a self-starter who has intermediate Word and Excel skills and be happy to work using their own initiative.
