Working for the Estimating Manager, the sales administrator will be responsible for the management of all the enquiries into the business. Inputting & maintaining records for the estimating database system in preparation for the contract review process.
The Sales Administrator duties include:
Managing the inbox enquiries, ensuring all customer enquiries are handled in a timely manner and passed to the relevant department for processing.
Printing customer enquiry emails and relevant attached files.
Download drawings and information from customer portals and manage information, complying with internal processes.
Input, update & maintain data into the CRM database - creating new projects, inputting new customer details and maintaining existing records. Updating & maintaining departmental spreadsheets.
Customer liaison to establish correct information received such as customer & site addresses and progress chase outstanding quotations.
Provide admin support to the Estimating Manager, estimating team and Sales department.
In order to be considered for the Sales Administrators role, candidates must have:
Intermediate Word and Excel skills
Be competent at working alone with minimal supervision
Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
Good verbal and written communication skills and a confident self-motivated outlook
GCSEs in Maths and English
Owner/driver essential due to rural location
