Our client is seeking a confident Sales Administrator who is happy following up on Sales calls and quotes. You will be contacting prospective clients to follow up on quotes and dealing with existing clients regarding live jobs. Collating Information and updating the system. Diary management for engineers and any other duties as required.
Duties include:
Managing all aspects of scheduling jobs for the company; including planning in the roles onto the system, completing the paperwork, making any travel arrangements.
Dealing with customers and managing expectations
In order to be considered for the role of Sales Administrator candidates must have:
• Intermediate Word, PowerPoint & Excel Skills
• Be Initiative-taking, organised and enjoy a challenge.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Confident telephone manner.
The client offers free on-site parking, pension scheme, annual Bonus, 25 days plus Bank Holidays
Owner/Driver is essential due to the location having no public transport routes.
