Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

THE JOB:
Based at a modern office in Elland, your job will be to serve as point of contact for customers and assist with their queries regarding; products, orders, deliveries and general enquiries.
Other duties include:
- Processing of purchase orders through Sage 50
- Issuing Customers with product quotations
- Ensuring all internal systems are kept up to date with all relevant information
- File all orders/documentation.
- Notify transport of collection times.
- Print Transport labels and ensure the dispatch team have all relevant documentation

- Confident and polite phone manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Passionate about exceeding customer expectations
- Possess an adaptable and flexible approach to work and show an ability to work to tight deadlines in a pressurised environment
- Work well both individually and as part of a team
