• £20,000 - £25,000 plus excellent bonus structure

An exciting opportunity to work for a true gem of a company where the owners care and are keen to nurture and develop employees are keen to strengthen their team by recruiting a sale driven individual as their Business Development Manager.

Sales / Business Development Manager - the role:

• Contacting business from a lively data base as well as prospecting for new leads

• Thinking outside the box to optimise the potential market place

• Use effective verbal marketing to sell the services and USPs to a huge range of potential businesses

• Speaking confidently and with clarity to build relationships with clients and colleagues

• Listening to the needs of customers to ensure service levels are optimised and new leads are gained

• Reacting quickly and efficiently to close deals and win new accounts

• Servicing these accounts for a short time before they are passed on to customer services

• Supporting team members to achieve best results

• Using the bespoke technology including apps with a highly interactive system

In order to be considered for the Sales / Business Development Manager, you will:

• Have a minimum of 2 Years' experience in sales environment

• Be fully proficient in the use of Microsoft; Word and Outlook

• Confident communicator, enthusiastic and keen to engage

• Not be afraid to pick up the phone

• Have a high level of resilience, buoyancy and belief

• Be able to plan and schedule work efficiently and effectively

• Have a good level of numeracy and English skills

• Be highly customer service focussed, both externally and internally
