up to £34,000pa, NN17 4AN, 33 days leave, 8am till 5pm Mon to Thurs 8am till 4pm Fri, Permanent, Immediate start, Pension

Due to continued success and a internal promotion, at a head office location of a global manufacturing supplier has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join them. You will provide support to the Operations Director to join them.

• Receiving all incoming orders via email, telephone and Live Chat, and processing them on ERP system
• Providing technical support to customers, answering all product questions and queries, identifying and ceasing any up-selling opportunities
• Preparing and dispatching quotations, following up to convert quotation into sale
• Building rapports with customer, and providing any after sale support
• Liaising with internal workshop monitoring order status, providing regular updates to customers
• Arranging including confirmation of cost of transportation for deliveries globally, ensuring all import & export regulations are adhered too, and that all paperwork is correct and present
• All administration duties related to the role

We would expect the successful Sales Executive to be able to demonstrate the ability to provide strong customer service of a technical nature, and the ability to identify and cease sales opportunities, be an excellent communicator, and have a good working knowledge of import & export regulations. You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked within Account Management, Sales Coordination or Import & Export Sales position, from a manufacturing, production or engineering organisation.

You will be joining the global Head Office of a company that has been established for over 40 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of expertise. Working directly for the Operations Director, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
