The Role:

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in Newtown for a Senior Finance Manager. This role focuses on overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning. The successful candidate will join a small team, aiming to meet both team and individual targets by managing and optimising the financial health of the organisation. Responsibilities include providing financial support and aligning financial strategies with business objectives at a Business-to-Business level.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes

Conduct financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making

Maintain and develop both internal and external financial relationships

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a senior financial role is advantageous.

Effective communication skills, both written and spoken.

Ability to work under pressure and enjoys working towards targets and goals.
