Our Newark based client is seeking a motivated customer driven candidate to work within their busy aftersales department and control a fast-paced workshop.
Job Role:
• Organising technicians' daily workshop tasks.
• Meeting and greeting customers, telephone, and email liaison.
• Creating accurate and precise records on CRM system
• Administration duties for aftersales and workshop
• Upselling aftersales products & services
Requirements:
To be considered for the Service Advisor role candidates must have previous workshop or aftersales experience. Excellent communication & organisational skills alongside Intermediate IT skills are essential.
A full UK Valid Driving Licence is required for the role.
