Full Time Monday - Friday 08.00- 16.30

Hourly pay based on £27,000

On site Parking available

Our client needs urgent immediate cover in their Customer support Team for a Service Controller to assist with allocating jobs to Engineers.

The role

- to schedule engineer workload to comply with customer contracts

- Assist with forward planning resource allocation to consider sickness, training, holiday and maintenance checks for equipment

- Preparing estimates for customers

This is a fast paced challenging role where you will need to respond quickly. Be able to support with administration duties .

Ideally you will be

- able to start a temporary role through an agency with Weekly pay

- A confident communicator over the telephone and face to face

- Able to work in a fast paced environment

- Computer literate

- Have good geographical knowledge of the UK

A previous Customer service/ Scheduling background would be highly desirable however the ability to learn quickly and be a confident communicator is ideal.
