Spanish OR French Speaking Service Desk Agent


Full time, 8 hour shifts, 5 days on and 2 off



We are working closely with one of the UK's leading businesses in their field, to recruit French or Spanish Speaking Service Desk Agents.

Duties include;

- Providing 1st line support for a range of key Clients.

- Logging all incidents on relevant software systems.

- Diagnosing technical faults and providing over the phone solutions.

- Escalating technical queries to 2nd line support.

- Providing excellent levels of customer service and support.

- Working to Service Level Agreements (SLA) against call handling time, resolution etc.

In order to be considered candidates must;

- Fluent in French or Spanish and English.

- Deliver high levels of Customer Service.

- Have a flexible approach to working hours.

- Have a clear confident telephone manner.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience of working within a Technical Help Desk / Service Desk environment would be helpful but not essential.
