The Role:
Stock Analyst required to work for a successful supply chain and distribution company who has an excellent reputation for providing a fantastic working culture.
Stock Analyst responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for all stock -related inquiries from various internal departments, providing clarification on inventory levels, stock availability, and related issues.
• Maintain precise records and ensure timely reconciliations between the Sage system and third-party warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Facilitate effective communication with suppliers and warehouses.
• Utilise problem-solving skills to resolve challenges, including stock discrepancies.
• Assist in collecting data for product recalls or potential quality issues.
• Execute stock adjustments and manage stock disposal as needed.
Stock Analyst requirements:
The successfully appointed Stock Analyst will have the following skills and abilities:
• Background in supply chain or stock management would be an advantage.
• IT literate, including the ability to use Microsoft Excel.
• The use of Sage software would be useful but full training provided.
• Excellent communication skills.
The Company
The business is an expanding distributor, supplying goods throughout Europe.
