We are currently looking for an experienced stores person to join an established fast paced business in Grantham This role is accessible by public transport.

As stores person you will be:

• Receiving all deliveries and checking the goods received aren't damaged.

• Liaising with suppliers about deliveries and discrepancies in stock

• Keeping detailed records of shortages and spares of items

• Updating inventory management systems regularly

• Picking and delivering goods by using a forklift

• Organising and delivering goods from the store to the department that requires it.

Requirements for this role:

• Must have experience of handwritten stock records.

• This is a physical role so good fitness is recommended.

• Forklift licence - counterbalance.

• Previous stores experience

• Confidence in using Excel (although can be trained)

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• Able to work on your own.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm
