Monday to Friday 7.45am - 3.45pm

Our engineering client based in Grantham is looking for a Team Leader to work under the department manager and help to organise and run production outputs on a day to day basis.

Duties for Team Leader will include:

• Supervising a small team and delegating work tasks.

• Production planning with staff rotas, customer supply demands, holiday planning etc

• Daily reports for staffing, production, KPI's and staffing issues

• Monitoring and controlling continuous flow of materials in the factory.

• Ensuring that products are in the required area.

• Adhering to all health and safety requirements relating to the operation

The company are looking for someone with a proven track record within engineering and either looking for the next step up into a supervisory role or someone with experience.

Hours are Monday to Thursday 7.45am - 3.45pm and Fridays 7.45am - 3.15pm
