Our client in Newtown is looking for an additional administrator to join the support team. This role would suit someone with experience providing a high level of customer service and an interest in developing a career in IT support. The successful candidate will need to be a competent communicator and have experience dealing with customer enquiries ideally in a technical sphere.

Key Duties:

• Joining a well-established and dedicated support team to deliver extraordinary customer service to existing clients.

• Setting up new customers and troubleshooting set-up issues.

• Ensuring databases are accurately updated.

• Configuring system updates for clients.

• Analysing system data to ensure issues are resolved.

• Conducting customer check-ins to ensure products meet client expectations.

• Upholding values of the company and complying with all company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer focused environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills and a professional telephone manner.

• Technical support experience highly beneficial.

• Demonstrable experience providing a high level of customer service.

• Organised and able to prioritise.

• Excellent timekeeping.

• A good technical knowledge of the following:

o Microsoft Office365

o Various web browsers including IE, Firefox, Chrome and Safari

o Service Cloud (Salesforce) - Preferred
