Our well established client is seeking a Telecoms Co-ordinator to join their Midlands office.

Working with and offering Telecoms solutions to small to medium enterprises, corporate businesses, Councils, Education and Healthcare arenas.

Duties include;

• Receive and process all sales orders and progress orders to sales.

• Engage with Telecom Service Manager regarding validity of order.

• Place order with suppliers, raise number ports and broadband orders.

• Monitor and manage relations with suppliers and raise installation projects.

• Receive and process orders for additions/extras and liaise with customers to complete paperwork.

• Arrange PDI of equipment, check all components in place, book with customer, completion of all paperwork.

The Telecoms Co-Ordinator must be able to coordinate the delivery of high-volume projects and ensure installs complete in a timely fashion. Previous experience dealing with GAMMA, Ability and Beyond would be desirable but is not essential. Intermediate IT skills are an essential part of the role as are excellent time management skills.
