Telesales Agent / Business Development Executive - Ilkeston - £20,000 - £25,000 + Bonus Scheme
We have an exciting opportunity with a Derbyshire based company for an enthusiastic sales individual. Working as a telesales agent / business development executive for this innovative packaging solutions you will be working with "Warm Leads" from an existing database and we all conducting your own lead generation. As a business development executive / telesales agent you will be highly motivated with the drive and ability to hit and exceed targets. For the right candidate there will be a clear career progression opportunity to train to become a field sale executive.
As a sales generator / telesales agent / business development executive you will be:
·Calling businesses within the UK
·Data inputting into a CRM system
·Creating, developing and maintaining client relationships
·Organising sales meetings for the field sales executives
·Conducting own lead generation to identify new sales opportunities
Full training and development will be provided with my client from an external trainer.
The ideal candidate would have experience working in a telesales environment. You will need to be confident, organised and have excellent communication skills as well as a drive and desire to provide outstanding customer service and be results orientated. The right candidate will possess a good telephone manner with an eagerness to achieve key information & appointments.
