Telesales Executive

Permanent, Grantham, £25-30K + Commission

39 hours per week Mon-Fri with an early finish on Fridays.

We are currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to work with a Grantham based Client.

The role of a Telesales Executive will see the successful candidate working within a small sales team where you will be expected to work towards activity targets, positively promoting the organisations product portfolio to an existing customer database where you will be expected to build long term relationships whilst prospecting new business opportunities and will include:

• Updating sales database with all activity

• Pre-qualifying new prospects

• Building on existing database

• Building working relationships

• Sales of product portfolio

• Upselling/cross selling etc.

To be considered for the role of Telesales Executive you will need:

• Experience of working within a sales role

• Be comfortable working to targets.

• Experience of working within a sales team

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

• Have a proactive approach.

• Be a motivated and target driven individual with an abundance of enthusiasm.
