£12.21 per hour, Patcham, Temporary, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, 15th - 29th September, paid weekly, free parking, paid lunch break, holiday accrual.

The role

We are working with an excellent employer in Patcham who are seeking a temporary Receptionist to cover a period of holiday for 2 weeks, starting on Monday 15th September. This role will be responsible for incoming calls, greeting visitors, receiving post, filing, scanning, making refreshments for meetings and franking outgoing post. Someone from a Reception or Secretary background would be ideal, but also an Office Administrator or office based Customer Service Representative.

The Person

The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, be personable, well presented and be good at basic administrative tasks. You will need to be available from the 15th September for 2 full weeks (excluding weekend).
