Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour

About the Role:
We are currently seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our client, a well-established business within the agricultural sector based in Evesham. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment supporting the storage and distribution of agricultural products. The role offers ongoing, full-time work with the potential to become permanent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing agricultural goods accurately
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Sorting and organising stock within the warehouse
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or agricultural experience is desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks

Working Hours:

• Full-time hours available (shift patterns may vary)
