Warehouse Operative

£24,570 per annum, Permanent, Barnsley S70, day shifts, early finish Friday, 33 days annual leave (inc stats), Westfield healthcare, free on- site parking.

Due to an increase in orders and continued growth we have exciting opportunities for Warehouse Operatives that hold a valid FLT Counterbalance License to join a people focused manufacturing business within Barnsley. Reporting into the Warehouse Manager, day to day duties will include:

• Picking orders.
• Driving Forklift Trucks.
• Completing despatch paperwork.
• Loading and unloading lorries.
• Reading from job cards
• Wrapping pallets.

For this role you must possess a valid FLT Counterbalance license. This role would suit a candidate that has experience working as a Production Operative, Forklift Driver, Warehouse Operative or Assembly Operative with a manufacturing, production or distribution environment. As a Warehouse Operative you must:

• Hold a valid FLT Counterbalance license.
• Have basic numeracy and literacy skills.
• Show a positive attitude to learning about products.
• Be able to pay close attention to detail
