Excellent opportunity for someone looking to make their mark in challenging hands- on Warehouse Supervisors role. The role may suit a dynamic candidate with warehousing experience looking for a step up or a strong trouble-shooter looking for a new role.

the day to day will include:
Managing 3 members of staff in a manufacturing stores environment
Overseeing goods in and out, dispatch and arranging deliveries to customer sites.
Working on an in house MRP system, stock control, ensuring materials for production, printing pick lists and running reports
Managing staff members, allocation of work, ensuring resource, booking temps when required, managing working hours to meet demand and allocation of overtime when required
Booking couriers and carriers
Working in a hands-on capacity picking and packing orders as required.
Ensure packing is completed in line with customer requirements
Training and developing staff and implementing SOP's

For the role of Warehouse Supervisor, we require:
A candidate who is able to work in an environment with ever changing priorities and demands with a focus on creating a streamlined department that runs efficiently with minimum mistakes
A dynamic candidate with a proven background in a modern environment and exposure to techniques such as lean and 5's
Ideally hold a FLT Licence
Experience of working in a busy demanding warehouse environment
Someone with the ability to get the best out of their team
A candidate with confident MRP system knowledge
