Days - Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4.30pm - Friday 7.30am - 1pm

We have an opportunity for a Winding Operative to join our client's established team in Grantham who produce high quality goods for both UK and worldwide export. This role is crucial to the business, you will be working on a flow line learning new jobs and changing weekly to the new things.

The role will consist of:

• Working on a small production line setting machinery,

• Hand feeding the machine with thin wire and taking product out,

• Follow drawings and print outs with assembly details.

• Components and parts are small and fine so good attention to detail is essential along with nimble fingers.

To be considered for the Winding Operative role you will need to be able to follow instructions clearly and precisely, work well as part of a team, be dextrous with your fingers, have a keen eye for detail and take pride in your work.
